# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They combine two beloved party foods into one handheld bite thats impossible to resist.
  • Everything bakes together in one dish, so theres barely any cleanup afterward.
  • The creamy, tangy filling with melted cheese on top hits every craving at once.
  • You can assemble them ahead and just pop them in the oven when guests arrive.
02 -
  • Make sure your cream cheese is fully softened or it will leave lumps in the filling that wont smooth out.
  • If you skip covering with foil for the first part of baking, the tops will brown too fast before the cheese melts properly inside.
  • Let the sliders sit for a minute or two after baking so the filling sets slightly and doesnt ooze out when you slice them.
03 -
  • Use a serrated knife to slice the buns so you get clean cuts without squishing the soft rolls.
  • If the tops are browning too quickly, tent them loosely with foil during the last few minutes of baking.
  • For extra richness, sprinkle a little crumbled bacon over the filling before adding the top buns.
